Our process is comprised of six main phases: Strategy; Master Planning & Approvals; Financing; Sales & Marketing; Construction; and Delivery and Operations. While these phases generally follow a chronological order throughout a project's life cycle, a step within one phase may coincide with a step in another phase, and there are crossovers and links between all of them.
